Our Life Skills Programme will give you valuable knowledge and confidence to guide you into the future years. Both boys and girls starting from the year they turn 9 y.o. can attend. Each programme is customised to suit the age group and students are placed in appropriate classes accordingly. The Life Skills Programme includes:
  • Introduction to modelling and catwalk skills
  • First impressions
  • Posture
  • Skin Care
  • Make-up
  • Wardrobing
  • Etiquette
  • Manners
  • Microphone work and public speaking
The Life Skills Programme consists of a one hour class over 20 weeks running parallel with the school semesters. 10 week courses are also available at many of our studios. All 20 week courses include an End of Semester Show where family and friends are invited to come and be entertained by a fully choreographed show based on the skills students have learnt in their course. All garments for graduation are kept to a very realistic budget.

Testimonials

My daughter, Amy Lee, was a student at your school in Maddington many years ago.

I put her in the course at the time, as she was a very, very shy kid and would not leave my side for anything.  The instructor that was teaching at the time, used to encourage her to go on the catwalk, she walked with her and was lovely to her.  Eventually it got easier for me to sneak out the door and on the graduation night, she was amazing on stage.  It was clear she was very comfortable on a stage from an early age.

A few years later, she went back to model work and has been working overseas for the past 4 years, getting some very good contracts with clients such as Clinque, Lancome etc. She has also done TV commercials for Rejoice, Sunsilk, Sony and Be nice shower gel.

Your course teaches them to have pride in their appearance and in themselves and that is never a waste of time or money.  You just have to walk around a few shopping malls and see the result of kids with no guidance in that area. It’s not a pretty sight!
